Alpha Draconis offers multiple secure payment methods for customers worldwide.
1. Payment Methods
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe); PayPal; Crypto (USDT TRC20, BTC); Bank transfer (Vietnam: Vietcombank, Techcombank, VPBank).
2. Currency
Prices are displayed in USD. VND payments are converted at the bank exchange rate at the time of transaction.
3. Payment Confirmation
Card/PayPal payments: Instant. Crypto: 1-3 network confirmations. Bank transfer: 1-24 hours.
4. Invoicing
Electronic invoices are sent via email after payment. For VAT invoices: Please contact us before purchasing.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (non-retrievable after delivery), we DO NOT offer refunds after download or license activation. Exceptions: Product is defective and cannot be fixed, duplicate payment.
6. Refund Process
Send a request to support@alphadraconis.io with order ID, reason, and evidence. Processing within 7 business days.
7. Payment Security
Payments are processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store credit card information.
