In compliance with consumer protection standards, Alpha Draconis offers a 14-day right of withdrawal under specific conditions for digital software products.
1. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee
You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, specifically for subscription renewals or unactivated licenses.
2. Digital Content Exception (Important)
By purchasing a Lifetime License or activating a Software Product Key, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content (License Key) has been revealed, activated, or downloaded.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day period (provided the license has not been activated), please contact support@alphadraconis.io with your Order ID. Requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Subscription licenses can be cancelled at any time through your Dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time within a paid period.
