Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the software and services of ALPHA DRACONIS SOLUTIONS COMPANY LIMITED.

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the Alpha Draconis software suite, website (alphadraconis.io), and associated data analysis tools. "User" refers to any individual or entity that uses the Service for market analysis, workflow management, or data processing purposes. "License" refers to the right to use the software under the terms specified herein.

2. License Grant

Alpha Draconis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or business workflow purposes. The software and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Alpha Draconis. You may not: (a) Copy, modify, or distribute the software; (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (c) Resell, sublicense, or transfer your license to third parties; (d) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.

3. Nature of Service

Alpha Draconis provides software utilities for workflow automation, data calculation, and risk management analysis. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The software does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All data displayed is for statistical, educational, and informational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for any decisions made using the software's output. Alpha Draconis makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results.

4. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to: (a) Provide accurate registration information; (b) Keep your License Key confidential and secure; (c) Not use the software for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activities; (d) Not share or distribute your license credentials; (e) Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to: software code, algorithms (GateLattice™, GateTracer™), documentation, logos, and designs are owned by Alpha Draconis. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Draconis shall not be liable for: (a) Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software; (b) Technical interruptions, errors, or system failures; (c) Decisions made based on software output; (d) Third-party actions or data inaccuracies.

7. Termination

Alpha Draconis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license without refund if: (a) You violate these terms; (b) Fraudulent activity is detected; (c) License sharing or unauthorized distribution is discovered; (d) The software is used for illegal purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notification.

9. Cloud Infrastructure & SaaS Model

The Service is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). By subscribing, you are purchasing the right to access and use the software platform, NOT purchasing physical hardware, server instances, or virtual private servers. Alpha Draconis provisions Dedicated Sovereign Nodes (isolated execution environments) as part of the service delivery. Alpha Draconis is solely responsible for the maintenance, updates, security, and uptime of these Sovereign Nodes. Users do not have direct access to the underlying infrastructure (no SSH, no RDP, no root access). Cancellation of subscription results in license revocation and automatic decommissioning of associated infrastructure.
