All Alpha Draconis products are digital products, delivered instantly after payment.
1. Product Types
Digital products include: Expert Advisors (EA), Indicators, Scripts for MetaTrader 5.
2. Delivery Methods
After successful payment, you will receive an email with download links and installation instructions. You can also download from your Dashboard.
3. Delivery Time
Card/PayPal payments: Instant. Crypto: After 1-3 network confirmations. Bank transfer: 1-24 hours after verification.
4. License Activation
Provide your MT5 account number for activation. Licenses are activated within 24 hours and you will receive confirmation via email.
5. Technical Issues
If you encounter issues downloading or installing: Check spam/junk email, contact support@alphadraconis.io, or join our Telegram support group.
6. Notes
Products are only compatible with MetaTrader 5. Internet connection required for activation. Each license is only valid for the registered MT5 account number.
